The list below contains the recommended file types to upload into eIRB. If you must provide documents that are in other file types, check whether the document can be converted to one of the formats below before uploading. If your web, image, audio, or video file type is not accepted, you may deliver the materials to the IRB office with a cover letter identifying the study. Usually, choosing File > Save As from your application gives you the option to save in alternate formats. If you need assistance, contact your systems administrator. |
